Pictures are important.
Pictures allow people to get a sense of who you are. They also allow people to see your personality.
People do business with people. So allow them to see you whenever possible.
We want to see you.

You know what also really helped with those photos? The captions.
I was expecting a kind of stylized common aesthetic when clicking through to the site. But it’s a mish-mash of photos and personality. And that’s fun, but those captions really tying the bios and photos together.
Absolutely.
Although I don’t always use them here, I should. Captions almost always get read. So it’s a good way to start the conversation on the page.
